Terrance Pruitt

Terrence Pruitt, Founder, Trainer and Principal Consultant at Project Restore Initiative, is an innovative educator, 2019 Surge Fellow, avid researcher, creative, youth advocate, and trained TRHT Racial Healing Practitioner. Terrence has committed himself to the mission of equipping youth of the diaspora, whether they identify as Latinx, African, or African American, with the transferable skills and tools necessary to build communities. Utilizing his skills as an instructional designer, leadership coach, and trainer, he provides consulting services, coaching and training to organizations, school districts, and companies aimed at creating and sustaining more equitable environments and experiences for students & communities.
